CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We apologize after an order is placed, no changes can be made to the order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has ben placed. All sales are FINAL.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are FINAL.
MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must email haniglaze@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order so that we can address the issue. Please provide us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, HaniGlaze will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ?
GROUND - (UPS & USPS) $8.99 flat rate.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
HaniGlaze currently only ship orders to the USA. All domestic package will be shipped by both UPS or USPS. UPS will only accept shipments to valid street address. If your order can not be sent to you P.O. Box via USPS, then your order will sadly b canceled and you will be issued a refund.
HANIGLAZE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING CARRIER WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER YOU RECEIVED VIA EMAIL.
